I do not know if these file names are exactly right. I remember there being issues with things like apostrophes and hyphens. I know that my tokens were plagued with bugs. I have not play-tested Amonkhet as extensively as the planeswalkers.
Here is my list with the same caveats as above. I just reread your question and realized you were also asking about embalm tokens. Like you would expect that they would all use the "emblem_XXX" format but they do not. (Forge has been updated multiple times since I started playing.) Some of these are clearly duplicates due to the PNG/JPG file extension issue, errors, and program updates to get the card scripts to all use the same naming convention.
Nonfunctional files because the names are wrong or obsoleted. It is a mess! I have downloaded token images from several sources over the years and I think there is probably deadwood in this list. This is the list I compiled from my tokens folder.
